Authentic (small) Japanese hotel

Did not have free shuttle bus to ferry clients back and forth to the airport.

Easy walking distance to all Narita town amenities, airport shuttle included, but also walkable to train station.

They apologized for construction next door but the insistió. Was excellent and I didn’t notice any noise during my stay

Comfort, very close to Stations and downtown. Room was clean and facilities were very good. Wifi Top.

Not far from narita station. Very nice staff

The room was so tiny and the bed is against the wall. The sink was half into the shower.

Staff was kind and give me all the information and amenities available

The first shuttle to airport was at 7, so if you had a flight early you need to looking forward to other way of transportation

Everything was very close . Cleaning everyday . Provide you with everything .

Laundry especially dryer's not good

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The free shuttle bus from the airport was efficient.

An additional pillow is preferred but that is just my preference.

Room door is not noise resistance. Can hear other stayers talking at the corridor insixe our room

Location was 5 minutes walk to the train station into Tokyo and a short train ride to Narita airport. Breakfast was fine but they need more variety.

Rooms are too small as there isn't anywhere to put your luggage and zero closet space for clothes. Bathroom is too small as well and the pillows were brutal.

The staff were excellent! Very accommodation, helpful and friendly. Well done!

The non smoking rooms still smelt like smoke

Very accessible to transportation going to tours, restaurants, convenience stores and attractions. Quiet location, clean rooms. And the staff were very polite and accommodating especially Yumi San. Room rates were affordable. Hotel Shuttle bus was very helpful. Location good from Narita Airport. Highly recommendable.

Clean and good location, near station ,easy to go to the ather place

I like the free shuttle service. The welcome coffee was a nice touch too esp arriving in winter. We didn't opt for breakfast plan as we thought we wouldn't be able to have breakfast due to early flight. But I was pleasantly surprised to know you allow take out breakfast. That is fair. I also like the fact that there are 2 Lawsons very close by and it is also close to the train station.

Room could be a little bit bigger but for a night's stay just to catch an early flight the next day, it met our needs.

Everything we needed for a couple of nights, staff helpful, shuttle service was great. Very happy

Extra or softer pillows would have been good, but overall, it was not really an issue

Near conveniece store and Aeon mall and free shuttle service to the airport. Free parking, Self-Laundry facilities and a good restaraunt within the lobby area.
